This is the best 20 mins dumbbell standup exercise. You took the time at a paste that the young and aged can workout together with you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I started this and a few of your others a couple of months ago, coming out of PT for an achilles injury and bilateral hip pain. I started with 5lb weights and very shallow squats/lunges, and now I'm using 8lbs for all of it and going so much deeper with my squats/lunges without additional pain the next day. Thank you for helping me get stronger on my healing journey!

I love these quick workouts for days when I'm short on time or just don't have the energy and/or motivation for a long workout. That it's all standing, no repeats, and even included a short warm up and cool down were great bonuses, too! Thanks!

I am a 72-year old, working on getting more fit almost 2 years past TKR. I loved this workout and could actually do it! I love the fact you include stretching at the end, not everyone does, but it is so important. I look forward to doing more of your videos😅
