Join me for a 20 minute STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using 8lb weights, but you can use anything from 5-12lb depending on your strength level. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout, which means no planks, pushups or burpees! Make sure you're warmed up and let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I am so grateful I found your video today as I'm getting back into full exercising 5x weekly. I always get some sort of exercise, but not like this. I have 5lb weights and had to take breaks just for this 20-minute workout. It kicked my butt! I am extremely out of shape with high cholesterol at the age of 27. I'm only 5'0 and weight 175 after two children. I've been stuck at this weight for 2 years. I hope that your videos will help me improve my health and reach my weight loss goal. I love that your videos aren't too fast and have small breathers in between sections.

Your workouts are so beautifully crafted! I love how I can work up a sweat without needing to speed up. Please continue creating workouts of deliberate paces, as they are so much more accessible to a wider range of participants.
