Thanks Oliver for a very invigorating workout session! I needed a good half hour of exercise prior to bedtime and luckily this video showed up in the feed. I'm glad I did this one, got a crazy sweat going 💦

The superset movements like the Sumo Squat to Front Raise and the Reverse Lunge twists with the Knee Ups were dynamic and super fun to do 🔥💪🏼
