Join me for a 20 minute STANDING FULL BODY WORKOUT with dumbbells to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using my 8lb weights. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a NO WRISTS workout which means no planks, pushups or burpees! So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I appreciate your videos. I’m 52, took a season off from exercise and now I’m back at it. I’ve found your videos very helpful for me. Right now I tend to chose more of the full body workouts. I like the different length of videos as well. This allows me to pick what works for me any given day. I do need to modify some of the movements but I’m moving and for me that’s progress👍🏻

This workout was amazing. I used heavier weights for a lot of things instead of midweight swapping when necessary but I actually burned more calories then a lot of 20 minute cardio. I love the standing only due to limited space and no repeats keeps me interested ty for sharing these!

"Low Impact". NO.
I just did a 20 min run, so i was like "let's do a easy dumbell workout" so i clicked on this one, and i have to say, it was big impact for me omg.
There is some exercices at the end that i did in a easier way, either way, i would have stop.
SO if you do this workout, don't do anything before, because its kinda harddd
