Join me for a 20 minute STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT to work the upper body without any crunches, planks or pushups. Get ready for a controlled burn that challenges your balance and core muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I am 17, 150 pounds, 5'10, and i began this workout about a week ago.
This is what I saw. (I am not athletic at all, my waist is a little wide (covid) and I don't do weights usually) I did multiple workouts including this, chloe ting and Lily Sabri which took 45 minutes a day and did some intermittent fasting.
Week 1- Lost 3.3 pounds, my waist size hasn't reduced much, but I can see the difference. I am able to go up the stairs much easier, and I feel more motivated and happy.
I'll update yall on week 2.
Well, it was a bust, I continued for 2 more weeks until life hit me (I had exams), but the good news is that I lost 4.4 pounds in the span of those two weeks. Mostly because of the intermittent fasting and the continuos working out. But i started this weight loss journey again.
Week 1: Lost a pound off. My arms feel great. I am able to lift heavier weights. I can climb stairs without exasperating myself completely.
Will update for week 2 in 4 days.

I always enjoy these 20 minute work outs. Its enough to get the heart rate going but yet saves me when I am running short on time and can't do something longer. Not to mention if you have a hard time focusing, 20 minutes is perfect.

Have been doing your shorter standing arms workouts, and really enjoyed this one that included abs. I am a senior who is restricted to standing workouts with lighter dumbbells. So this was perfect for me. Thank you!

I started riding my bike 5 miles every day and walking a few times a week. I started this workout 2 days ago, and I’m SORE BEYOND BELIEF! I will start this workout again tomorrow! It works!!! In a few weeks I’ve gone from 227 to 205. I’m hoping this will tone me through my weight loss journey. ❤ thank you!!!

I’m 65. Started you tube exercises in mid June. This is my 46th session. Love the level of exercise and pace. It’s really showing. People are remarking on how I look. And I can actually stand on one foot now and do these exercises. So amazing. Thank you!!!

Been doing this for 5 days straight so far, definitely a little bit sore but my underarms are no longer "wings" and I am feeling tightening in my stomach. As a 59 year old who quit lifting 5 years ago, your workouts are amazing, easy to follow, and are actually showing results! Will be trying your longer workouts this next week :)

Hiya I yave just found your cha Nelson and am enjoying your workouts ...I am 63 yrs old with a little bit of weight to loose as well as wanting to keep fit and tone up ...I gave been doing some form of exercise every day ..(there is so much on U Tube amazing)..moderately and do use lighter weights .when working with them ...Thankyou ❤👍

After delivering a healthy 10lb baby, I developed a diastasis recti with a 4-finger gap. I started workouts with another channel at 6 weeks pp. After a month and a half, my gap is down to 2.5 fingers, and I've lost 7 lbs. I figured I was finally ready for a challenge.

So, today was my first day doing one of your workouts, and I gotta say, I feel amazing! Truly, I feel like a beast! Lol I've done many workouts over the years and this was my favorite so far. I'm so glad I found this one! It is perfect for me. I've been doing it every other day for a few weeks now, I can feel my side body getting tighter, I'm 61 years old so I use 5 lb. weights, but still benefitting from it.

I am 71 years young. I do hard core workouts regularly however I just had my second bout with Covid. It takes time to build up to where I was. This workout was perfect for gaining back strength while still working out. I am looking forward to checking out more of your workouts and will probably keep them as part of my regular routine increasing weight as I go. Really like it and the slow and steady is the optimum ways to go.
