I don’t think people say it often but appreciate you for the time and effort you make for these videos. It’s not everyday someone is willing to guide and coach through YouTube videos. Most of the time “influencers” charge their “premiums”. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’ll keep watching the ads to support as much as I can

I am starting from today with this arm work-out and i will continue it 3 times a week for the month of MARCH!
I am using as a starter 2, 5kg dumbbells and looking forward to end the month with 4kg ones.

I´ll let u know my progress at the end 🤗
