What a killer workout! What a sweat I worked up! I'm 66 with rheumatoid arthritis but I persevered. I used 2 eight pound each dumbbells.

Just done this for the first time. Really enjoyed it and will do every other day and them perhaps go onto others on here. I want to lose some flab around the middle so hope this will help do the trick.

I was a little inefficient with my weights as I needed both high and smaller weights, stuck to the smaller ones. Need to do it again with mixed weights as now I know what to expect. A good sweaty one nonetheless. Thank you
