Tap in with us for a 20 Minute dumbbell strength workout that will engage the full body throughout the entire workout . Each exercise will contain a basic strength training exercise and an isometric hold simultaneously. This workout is great for building strength/muscle, stability, and stamina all in one. We highly recommend starting with light dumbbells and gradually working your way up as you perfect this workout over time. If you have more time or extra gas left in the tank, we also recommend doing this workout for an extra round to get more stimulus out of this session, As always, drop a comment and let us know how your workout went!

I really liked the five second pause in the exercise. He gave me just that little bit of break that I need and made 40 seconds of exercise feels so much more doable. I really love that.

This one was super challenging. I have some inner ear damage that causes disequilibrium, so anything requiring balance is tough for me. But I loved this workout, it absolutely kicked my butt even if I was a little wobbly! 😅 PS: up to 35 lbs lost and feeling invincible. Thank you guys, I LOVE your workouts.

This was my first weight training video with you two, and I love it! The way you count down remaining time, demonstrate the next move and the chemistry between you on camera. Plus, I usually have to do modifications to avoid planks, sit ups and floor push ups due to an injury. I was able to complete the whole workout! And 20 minutes feels like a commitment that I can stick with while I’m building the consistency piece. Thank you so much!!!!

I do your 20 to 30 min workouts as my warm up before hitting the weights. Big help in my growth. Some times you're workouts is all I need for a light day. 💯 💪
