Tap in with us for a 20 Minute dumbbell strength workout that will engage the full body throughout the entire workout . Each exercise will contain a basic strength training exercise and an isometric hold simultaneously. This workout is great for building strength/muscle, stability, and stamina all in one. We highly recommend starting with light dumbbells and gradually working your way up as you perfect this workout over time.
