20 MINUTE SHOULDERS & ARMS workout! Here we go!! Ready for my style of finisher? The triceps will be officially done!

Slow, controlled, focused and intense as always!! All angles of the shoulders, those triceps and biceps all will be challenged using a pair of dumbbells and then our bodyweight as resistance to really finish those triceps!

All you will need for this shoulder & arm workout is dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each! I also use 6kg each for the LATERAL RAISES and REAR DELT FLYES!

The timer will be on for a majority of this workout 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest!

The staple is Shoulder Press and will appear 5 times in total!

All you will need for this shoulder & arm workout is dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each! I also use 6kg each for the LATERAL RAISES and REAR DELT FLYES!

That was the arm and shoulder workout I needed! Until the push-ups, then my spaghetti noodle arms said no. Hahaha

Love these shorter workouts during the Holidays. Motivation is hard this time of year and having a shorter workout that still works you is really helpful!

I can’t believe I actually did the full minute of tricep push-ups at the end! These workouts are so motivating- it’s amazing to read everyone’s comments and see my own progress! Mom of 4 little ones including a 6 month old. I enjoyed staying fit throughout pregnancy and post partum with your workouts. Love these 20 minutes because I can squeeze them in to a busy schedule. You are so beautiful & inspiring Caroline!!

This is my favorite arm workout ever. I just got into dumbbell workouts, and everything seemed either intimidating or too easy. This is HARD, but not too long and I love the music and your upbeat vibe.

Me again LOL!!! I am really LOVING these 20minute workouts!!!! I seriously am! They are FABULOUS!!!! :) Maybe Caroline is going to surprise us with an EPIC 20min workouts in the New Year?? Today I I on a layover...already exhausted with the duty...didn't want to go to gym...

I picked up .5litre bottles and completed the workout. No backing out!

Next layover tomorrow, looking forward for workout!

I haven’t trained in three weeks now, as I focused on leaving my job and completing my work. Today I got back to it and this workout, along with the day 6 back supersets, was just what I needed. The tingles are back, baby. 🙌🏽 Thank you as always, Caroline. ❤️ Xx

Hi Caroline, I love your workouts that are less than 30 mins since I can do them with some other workouts of yours! Can you do a 1000 reps challenge video? I really loved those videos of yours. I have been following your workouts for 4 months now, although I didn't comment much cus I wanted to do that after I get some results. I run 6 km and them by shoulders arms session was Waiting for me. Such an incredible one! YoU are amazing. Triceps push ups are my nightmare, even if I do them on my knees. I so admire you!

I'm going to have to combine this workout with yesterday's leg day. Going to have a sore body tomorrow. I'm at my parents' for a month so signed up at a local gym just to use their weights. First time I'll be doing Caroline's workouts out of the comfort of my home. I'm excited at the prospect of a range of dumbells at my disposal. The shoulder is going to be on FIRE. Day 8 Smashed! Shoulders & Arms feels great! Brilliant staple. Def challenging using heavier weights with the skull crushers and curls but kept at it. Fave was the finisher, tricep was done 😁. No add-on for me today.
