Join me for a 20 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I'll be using my 8lb set). This routine is wrist friendly with no pushups and zero floor work! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I really like all your arm workouts. I appreciate your clear explanations and reminders of not to swing it, or arch back, etc. At 66 it is the first time I stick to a routine workout almost daily.

Love this girl! I was average and just turned 39. I wanted to get some definition in my arms and did her 10 mins standing workout (3 sets every other day) and it was a total transformation in about 3-4 weeks! If you stick to it it will work!!! Thanks girl!

I am so glad I came across your channel! I had rotator cuff surgery and I'd like to keep my one good side strong. I think you're the only one that has *all standing* upper body. I can't do planks, pushups, etc. Really liked your style- basic but eff moves. This was perfect, perfect, perfect. Can't wait to get better and follow along with everything else.

This workout is AMAZING! I always dread arm workouts because I cannot do push-ups…I absolutely felt this workout but was able to keep up and get through the whole thing. DEFINITELY adding it to my routine!
