Start your morning with 10 minutes of yoga to stretch and wake you up! Great for all levels.

Hello and good morning! Thanks for joining me for another 10 minute yoga practice to stretch and energize as we prepare for the day ahead. I'll take you through a simple yet effective sequence suitable for all experience levels with no props required. We'll go through poses like butterfly, seated pigeon pose, sphinx and reverse table top.

This 10 minute stretch is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and positivity. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you'll practice again with me tomorrow :)

I don’t normally grab my phone first thing, but I did today and I immediately regretted it. So I put my phone back on airplane mode, set my alarm for 5 minutes, got back in bed, and then began my morning again with my usual routine. Thanks for reminding me to start my day intentionally and take time for myself 🤗 It’s very important.

everytime I'm off my mat for a while ( yoga butt, pulled adductor) and I come back, I can't believe why I ever left. all of a sudden my energy levels shot right back up, from where I was starting to get fatigued previously. and adding a couple extra poses at the end never hurt..lol. happy 2023 !🙏

I started doing your classes during Covid and since then I’ve done yoga every weekday morning mostly with you. I live in Portland Oregon and have three kids. Your yoga classes are perfect in length and stretching and a little bit of chanting at the end.
