Join me on the mat for this gentle morning flow to stretch your lower back and prepare for the day.

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this short morning yoga flow. In just 10 minutes I'll guide you through some simple poses that will stretch your lower back as well as gently engage your core in order to maintain low back health. If you spend a lot of time sitting during the day, this is a wonderful routine to do on a regular basis! We will have a few stretches for the hips as well.

This class is suitable for beginners and no props are required.

Woke up w a cranky low back so this was perfect. A little movement usually helps and these poses did the trick. Happy summer😎🩷🙏
