Gave me my energy for the day. I do your videos morning and night and i love how unique your flows are. I usually wake up and eat breakfast and go back to sleep but this gave me my energy for the day so i went to go workout right after. Now i feel ready for the day.

I am happy to attend this video, the calmness with your voice, the selection of relaxing music, the method of filming, and the flexibility and ease of movements. I was impressed and relieved while doing and listening to that, thank you! And to everyone who contributed to the manifestation of this video and my presence in it, a small note that I want to mention, and it is what makes the video more beautiful, which is more slowness and a longer period of time between one movement and the next. It should be very slow and quiet and the movement takes more time. I like that so that I do not feel that I have to focus more. also because the movements are comfortable and it is nice to have a slower presence. Thank you again 🕊️🌷🫧☀️🍃🪄
