I love how no nonsense these are. I follow a few other people that I enjoy but so many people get to talking and it throws me out of balance from one side to another. Love the simplicity!

Yoooo you’re the best! Lol barely started trying yoga. Other videos I’ve tried are a bit strenuous and I feel like yours a perfect for what I need. I do yoga before I lift weights, and you’re videos just loosen me up and put me in the right mindset to get it afterwards. 👌🏽 thank you!
