Feeling stiff and tired? Let's do a full body morning yoga stretch together to wake up!

Hi everyone, I've got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy.

No props are needed and we'll go through poses like butterfly, downward dog, chair pose, low lunge, half splits and child's pose. I'd say this is an all levels practice.

Wake up feeling perplexed about waking too late and not sleeping enough. This exercise helps me get rid of the guilt and focuses on the moment. The word for today is "clear mind". I want to be guilt-free and focus on the growth at the right moment.

My word is prosperity. Even in the little wins or fails we are prospering. Learning. And developing. Connecting to my breathe through yoga is the most important part of my yoga practice! Love learning new poses, but it’s all to be present and prospering🥰

My one word.... love came to mind but floating in like a leaf on the breeze came HOPE. My intention for the day is to focus on the good to come. Believed for but not yet seen. The light at the end of the tunnel and not the graffiti on the walls. I have HOPE

After doing your 10-minute morning yoga to start every single day for the last month, I can now put my chin to my chest after three years of not having that ability (not even close). I’m in my mid-thirties, and I am a textbook workaholic. I truly appreciate your 10-minute series because there’s no excuse not to spend 10 minutes doing something everyday that has already had such amazing results. I’ve focused on your hip stretching sessions, and I can’t believe how much it has helped my back and neck. THANK YOU!
