Welcome to your Daily Morning Stretching Session. A beginner friendly 10 minute routine, which helps you to wake up, energize and simply feel good! This session is your perfect Miracle Morning Routine for a mindful start into your day. We combine yoga inspired movements, with mobility exercises and mindful breathing to wrap up our session!

Do your body and mind a favour and start your day off with a little bit of daily movement. Its only 10 minutes, but believe me, it will make a huge different and you will soon feel improvements (if you do this regularly).
Enjoy your dose of flexibility & mobility and have an amazing start into the day!

In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

As a deaf person, these are the best videos as you give a 5 seconds demonstration before each move, there is no talking, and you use a visual timer on the screen which enables me to relax without worrying when and what the next move is going to be. Professionally as an Occupational Therapist, I recommend these videos to autistic children as for different reasons, they like to know each move in advance, no talking, and visual timer that tells them how long each move is going to last. Please make more of these videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I've been watching this video every morning at the same time for a week and I've gotta say that this feels like the longest I've been able to stick to a yoga routine. I've been feeling so much better lately because of this 💚

I really really love how you don’t rush everything. I’ve tried a few yoga channels but few actually give you enough time to even get into a pose, nevermind getting grounded in one. 😂 but you have the absoulte perfect pace!!❤️❤️❤️

Keep these coming. This is one of my absolute favorites. Please do a night time routine. Love your music only videos. So relaxing and calming. I've actually noticed more flexibility in my hips!

This is the BEST stretching video i did in a while and I stretch everyday so that’s saying a lot!! Other videos have the same generic moves all over again but this was slightly different in the best way and flowed so well (plus the music was an A+). My body never felt so lose and relaxed. Thank you!

It seems like I've been searching for ages for a guide like you on the expanses of Youtube..and I finally found you! The appropriate length of the routine that wakes me up, keeps me going and never get me too tired to even start my day; the music that both relaxes my mind and at the same time gives me energy; the movements that are not hard enough for a beginner like me, but also stretch my body well; lack of the voice over, because the morning is when I want some quiet along with my own breath and thoughts; also the intro itself that immediately gives me a boost of energy!!
