You've made it to the end of week 1! Congratulations, this is Day 7 of the Morning Yoga Movement. Today's class is all about stress and anxiety relief. This is a simple beginner-friendly yoga sequence for stress. Yoga is a great tool to calm the nervous system and these poses are the ones I turn to when dealing with anxious feelings.

I missed yesterday’s 10-min because I was bed ridden with anxiety. I didn’t want to do anything. I woke up today with a new breath and I’m so happy that today’s practice was dedicated to stress/anxiety, and I love the intention. Thank you Kassandra

At peace with life. I've made it to day 7 and feeling much better. On the road to health recovery after 2020 almost killed my business. The stress became physiological.. looking forward to more good days! See you for day 8!

Just discovered Kassandra’s channel when I had to quarantine a week ago. Started doing her beginner yoga classes as well as this morning yoga movement. It’s only 10 mins long but so beneficial to the start of my day! Good morning everyone!
