Did this in the evening, because of acute laziness all day and this was the only thing I could convince myself doing.
Now am feeling great for moving and also for being a little morning/evening switching rebel :)

Morning Tim. Great morning class. I am new to your classes and thoroughly enjoying them.I am committed yoga student at 75 doing 10 mins every morning and 20-30 mins in the afternoon. I began at 67 and it has changed my life.

Hi Tim! Love this challenge. Makes me start the year on a positive and energetic mood. I can already feel better in my body and in my mind. You’re such a great teacher, there’s something very calming as soon as your video starts. I’m definitely in for the CMC!

I love this quick morning routine. I've been having some issues with my hip flexor and periformis muscle due to cycling. This definitely helps to wake them up to start my day with more fluidity. Thank you.
