Welcome to Day 19 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute yoga class is for your hips and lower back. I'll walk you through some deep delicious stretches like turtle, seated pigeon, and low lunge with a prayer twist. Respect and honor the limitations of the body in the morning, noting that it is perfectly normal to be a bit tighter when you first get out of bed.

I just went through a massive depressive phase in my life. now that I'm feeling better I'm back to the 10 minutes of yoga each morning and it's absurd how impactful these 10 minutes are to the rest of the day!

I love how, no matter what day of this movement, Kassandra moves us through the yoga poses and sequences gently. I never feel rushed or at risk of injury. Kassandra works magic on my body, mind, and spirit in just 10 minutes every morning. So grateful.

I’ve probably recycled this movement 3-4 times with some of your other 10 min morning yoga practices in between. I never thought I’d appreciate yoga this much. When I started it was for a better mindset coming off of meditating to get a nice physical element to mental health as well. Now I enjoy it physically as much as mentally and I can control my breathing really well making it a fulfilling ritual in my mornings. Thank you so much! 🙏

I’ve been doing day 14&19 for two years and it really helps my back and hips. Never thought I would be doing yoga but it really helps. My sister does a yoga routine and I use to laugh not anymore, she was the smart one. Thanks for these two day exercises

really needed this after 12 hours of laying in bed... 2 to 3 of them where I couldn't sleep because I thought about my childhood where I wasn't always loved and respected... so this affirmation is just suiting as well <3
