This 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch is beginner friendly and perfect for stiff bodies. I wanted to create a class that every-body can enjoy even if someone is stiff or has a lot of tension. This quick 10 min yoga class is the perfect way to bring movement into the body early mornings while releasing any tension, aches and pains from the night.

I've been watching your videos for a while, I start most mornings with a little 10-15 stretch, I really love your routines and gentle, kind guiding voice.
