Hey yogis, welcome to my channel! This week's video is a quick 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners that you can do when you're short on time but want a great full body stretch.

This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!

If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

this was my first time doing yoga, not only my body feels lighter now, the sense of accomplishment from actually finishing this 10 minutes session feels great too. maybe I didnt get all the pose right, but I'm gonna keep doing this every morning until I'm ready for more complex poses and longer sessions. anyway, thank you for this. subscribe.

Self isolating and finally made the decision to actually DO yoga! Sitting back in that final position I really felt a difference! I'll definitely be making this a regular thing!

Ok storytime. These yoga videos changed my life honestly. I discovered them in late march/April 2020 and I was in the middle of a really bad depressive funk. I was a housekeeper in a hospital. The stress of that and trying to keep my family safe due to the environment I worked in was almost too much to bare. These videos were one of the first things that brung me comfort and a sliver of peace. I couldn't be around my mother, video conference calls did nothing. People need people and I have never felt so alone and helpless just like the rest of the world. She is so thorough with the instructions, the workouts are not overwhelming. This started a routine, which eventually led to a whole new way of being and thinking as I began researching mindfulness(meditation). I just wanted to take the time to share my story because Kassandra helped me get through the darkest time of my life and I will be forever grateful. I no longer work in the environment as it was not good for my mental health. I love my new career and things have changed drastically.

As I was sitting after finishing, I thought it was ok. Then I stood up. I'm no longer embarrassed to say I did this as a 17 yo male. Feels too good to stop due to anyone else's judgements.

I discovered your channel a week before lockdown in 2020, when i lived at my grandma's house. An old man had told me he did 30 minutes of yoga everyday or else he became rusty. That man could literally do splits at 60. Anyway, i started doing yoga everyday morning for a year and half, and then, mid 2021, i moved to a smaller appartement and i couldn't get back into a routine. But I knew one day I would eventually pick it up where I left it, because I knew your channel was a treasure box. You are a non-judgemental, calm and soothing practitioner and I even got my sister to start yoga on a daily basis with your channel. We love you. This morning is the first time i picked up my mat and sat down for practice in 2 years. Thank you for still being here. Thank you for everything. ✨🙏 Namaste !

I must admit, I’m not a yoga person and I don’t do it often... but this was amazing. I feel so good after completing this and I’m definitely going to get into yoga more now!

Today 1-st January and I did my first activity - yoga 🧘‍♀️. Want to change my life habits and style. Keeping my self in piece and loose that obese weight and get back to study.
