It feels so good to be back. I did your yoga videos consecutively for about a year and a half starting in 2019 when I began my weight loss journey. I lost 70 lbs in that year, lost all my baby weight and then some. Then, I got pregnant with my second child. I maintained my healthy and fit weight my entire pregnancy and kept up with your yoga videos every day until I was 38 weeks pregnant. Then I fell off the wagon while healing from my daughters csection. I am now 7 months post partum. I feel awful. I have 15 pounds to lose and I am determined. I came back to your yoga channel and have done about 40 minutes of yoga every day for the past 3 days now and I feel fantastic - cleaning out all the cobwebs and stretching just feels absolutely fantastic. Although I have lost a lot of muscle, I am certain I will gain it back with your videos and consistency. Thank you for all you do. Your videos take me to a place of calm, help my anxiety, keep me grounded in the nonsense of being a stay at home mom to 2 kiddos, and for keeping me fit and limber at 29 years old! You are a godsend!!!

It’s great your channel is active, I’ve been marathoning your videos for whatever reason and realised they were like 5 years ago. But you’re still very much active, great work ethic. I’m a 23 year old guy, a stressed out businessman and I’m always teetering on the edge of total catastrophe that I’m probably sort of acclimated to the sense of constant thin ice under my feet.
I find yoga has been a means of getting myself on a feeling of security and stability again. Your videos have been really helpful, it doesn’t make me feel like I’m in the wrong environment or indulging in a culture that’s foreign and disconcerting for someone like me, the assertive ambitious confident industry man that seemingly handles life’s problems unshaken. Truth is I’ve always been fearful, I’ve just learnt to get on with the supposed thin ice i alluded to earlier. My entire life I only really have felt fear on a near constant basis. ADHD, IBS, university, my business not to mention family, women, general responsibilities of life etc

I find myself seeking strength out in yoga, more so than meditation alone. Every time I feel paralysed and freeze up before some type of event or action that needs doing, this has been really helpful and also humbling. Thanks for the professionalism in your craft as a teacher and a yoga meditator. I’m another person whose developed a great new enthusiasm and sense of hope through yoga among so many others you’ve directly helped. It’s really appreciated.

21 years ago I walked into my first yoga class. It was a Hatha Yoga class and the teacher was so helpful. I was going through so much and I don't remember the pose, but I began sobbing. The teacher assured me this was normal and that things like that often happen during particular poses and that it was normal. I took a week's worth of classes because it was all I could afford. The breathing techniques were so helpful! I found you some months ago, don't remember when. I've tried yoga books and other yoga channels and videos and became frustrated. Most of it was too difficult and I felt that I needed a teacher. I cannot begin to thank you enough for what you do! I'm a mother now and often do yoga with my teens. You are a fantastic teacher and you create sessions that are doable for just about anyone! I have used the breathing techniques to get through dental work and four non-sedated colonoscopies and panic attacks and I am teaching my teens that breathing techniques can be super helpful during this important and challenging time in their lives. I admire you so much and appreciate that you dress modestly and that you don't follow the norm. You are still so beautiful! Thank you so much for doing this for us and making it available! I just need to commit to do it more regularly. I did it for about a week straight once and began to feel so much better! I need to do exercise that strengthens my body, but is also vital to keep flexible and to get the breathing techniques down. I am still quite a high-strung person and as we all know life has been super stressful over the last year plus. Your videos have been such a blessing!
