Enjoy this 10 minute morning yoga class for your chest, shoulders and arms.

Welcome to Day 25 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute morning yoga class will help you open up and release tension through your shoulders, chest, arms and upper back. You'll need two blocks for this upper body stretch yoga class. We'll also add in a little bit of upper body strength for a well rounded practice. I love to do poses like these first thing in the morning especially if I know I'll be sitting a lot during the day.

#GoodMorning - Shoulders was exactly what i needed today. I love the variety each morning and plan to start at the beginning when my 30 days are up. I have been doing this routine, followed by devotions and prayer, longer than any other in a long time. Thanks for giving me a great start to my days!

#goodmorning. Day 25. I started this challenge because I was suffering from a frozen shoulder. I could't sleep, get dressed or do any sports without feeling pain. I felt miserable for months. But then I started this routine. Of course at first, very careful. But now after all these days I can do so much more. I hardly feel any pain, I sleep like a rose and I feel so much better. Today's routine was a very nice stretch for my shoulders. Thank you Kassandra!

Thank you for these wonderful morning stretches Kassandra 💗 I truly enjoy these 10 min classes each morning before I filmed my own yoga classes.
