A 10 minute morning yoga class to stretch and open up your hips.

This 10 minute morning practice is intended to melt away tension from your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. This is a wonderful sequence to do if you spend a lot of time sitting or if you wake up with aches and pains. This yoga class is suitable for all experience levels and no props are needed.

If you're looking to increase your hip flexibility this is a great morning yoga class to do on a regular basis. Enjoy!

I've been away from yoga for many years with severe illnesses and surgeries. The years and the pounds have added up but I am recovering from my last serious surgery. So this 10 minutes was a good place to start! My gratitude to you! I'll be back!

This was for day 3 of my 365 days of yoga. I aim for longer practices, at least 30 minutes but today I am not feeling well cause I caught a cold but still I didn't want to miss a day . Nice practice for the hips. Thank you 💕

What a great release. I feel ready for the day now and would like to do this video again tonight. I'm a believer that women hold a lot of stress in their hips. I would do a longer video on hip releases, 30 minutes or longer, if you decide to make one. Love your style and sequences, thank you Kassandra!
