Might be the only stretch/yoga that I did without getting any bored. It feels super refreshing and relaxing. I literally forget abt the time while I'm doing it. <3

As a dental medicine student, I thank you for this. I've never been so stressed and anxious in my life. These breaks to do yoga really help me set my mind for the rest of the day. Very calming and refreshing. Makes my mind detangle everything I have to study for the day, and also helps with my back pain :)

Who's here for day 3 of the January calender 💓 Stretching is so beneficial and i can truly say after doing yoga for about 4 years it has actually changed my life! This got me so emotional. Taking those deep breaths made me realise how worthy I am and deserving I am of being relaxed. I let my body get too tense with work and life and didn’t even realise I just needed to breathe!!I
