Thank you so much Anna for this amazing level up week. I enjoyed every day of it, each challenge was focused on a specific part of the body and added to that we had HIIT, Tabata and stretch. That was a perfect week 🧡🧡🧡 you take care of us each day of the year from warm-up to cool down, your YouTube channel is super well done, it’s easy to look for specific exercices and furthermore you propose us daily exercices with, without weights and low impact. So with all those tools let’s grow together 😃😍

Even though I started this a few days after it was released AND I’ve had skipped the weekend away, which I don't practice this kind of exercise other than free running, here I am, quite happy to finally finish the #levelup challenge off, feeling incredibly great and strong and powerful, as if nothing could stop me out.
Thank you Anna for provinding me with such an awesome feeling of defying my body to levels that we often forget we are capable of reach out. I am completely delighted with your content and the way you push and encourage us up to overcome our own limits. This is definitely priceless. ❤️

Today I finished this 7 day level up workouts 🙌🏽🙌🏽 gonna start the next 7 day challenge tomorrow 🎉 I had to modify some of it (really out of shape) but excited to just be getting back into the habit of moving my body first thing in the am!! After this other 7 day challenge I’ll be taking on the 28 day one and I’m excited 😆 getting that body back!

This is the most amazing stretching routine I’ve ever done! My muscles are quite stiff all the time and I never really knew how to stretch them properly and how long for but thanks to you Anna, I now know and I love to be guided by you and it’s so easy to follow the way you do it! I was feeling some muscle pain in my legs for a couple of days after doing some heavy leg work outs and this really helped. My legs feel much better, thank you :^)
