I rode my bike for 32km yesterday and today I'm feeling muscle pain all over my body. Then I found this video and did with it, hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better :) thanks for the video!

I didn't do any exercise for 15 days because of my exams.I did your 10 min morning yoga after 15 days and I can't explain the feeling, I can't put into words how relaxed I was.

I have been working non-stop in my cafe. Our team has been cut down in half due to fewer people coming in but two of my collegues have gotten sick so I've taken on extra shifts. Today is my 6th day straight of working (8 hour shift) and I have an 8 hour shift tomorrow as well. Even though I've slept properly, my body hasn't had the time to truly rest and stretch out. So this morning I did this video and I truly needed it. At first the stretches hurt so bad but as I let go of tension, I could feel my body waking up and the pain going away. Thank you so much for this much-needed video
