I wasn't quite able to do the exercise at 13:05 with a flat foot as I just end up falling onto my glutes! But hopefully with time, will get to that point of strength and balance. I absolutely love your videos Nicole! Thank you!

These sessions compliment my body. Alot of people have commented that I'm hitting the gym. Your sessions are a full package. My arms, triceps, legs, thighs and glutes are toned. Will definitely send you a picture of before and after when i reach my target. ❤❤❤❤❤Thank you Nicole. You are the best
