Your workout isn't complete until after you've stretched and who doesn't LOVE dessert! This full body stretch is going to help reduce muscle soreness after a workout, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and help decrease your risk of injury.

Stretching is crucial to a well-rounded training plan, so hang out with Stella and me while we work through this full body stretch and hit all of the muscles, big and small. This stretching is perfect for after a workout or on its own on a recovery day. Take full advantage of this relaxing, but beneficial 15 minute stretch and enjoy dessert!

I’m a teen who loves dancing, but my summer has been… comfortable. I decided to start stretching daily to prepare for my 14+ advanced musical theatre. This is day one, and this video is perfect! I could feel my muscles loosening and my legs getting sore, but I don’t feel any after pain. What do you say I keep you updated? I love your voice and attitude, and of course the puppy. I've been doing this for a month now for pain management, and not only does this help with general pain, but I'm also so much more flexible than I was before. Gonna have to branch out and see what else this channel has to offer.

I just really needed a good stretch today, and this was perfect. I already walk for exercise, but I will be adding this to my routine as well. You don't realize how tight we are until you start stretching. Nice slow easy stretches, thank you:)

I was hurt 7 years ago during a gymnastics accident. My back hasnt been the same since, constant back pain every day. I went to physical therapy for it and that helped a little but never actually releaved my pain for more than the stretch lasted. Recently ive been feeling down and wanting to get back into stretching so i can do some gymnastics again. I love the sport and it makes me genuinely happy. I havent done a walkover since i hurt my back and thats my goal. I just did these stretches and my body feels amazing. I havent felt this loose in years. Im going to start doing this every day and see if it will help me get to my goal. I used to be able to do an over split (side splits but with your front foot elevated on a box and your back leg completely touching the ground flat) id love to be able to do that again as well. When i reach my goal ill have to reply to this and update if it helped as much as i think it will!
