Thank you, 48 years old (1 month to 49), I've found my love of climbing again after 25 years and realised how much flexibility I've lost. I found you on YouTube and started with the 10 minute stretch for beginners - today was my first 20 minute stretch. Getting there

Thank you so much for your video... I have subscibed to your channel just after I had a hystorectomy... not feeling myself ever since before or even now...still battling with chronic infection and emostions are.wild and still over weight.


But I have started with your videos now and I do hope and pray and also believe that I am going to win this in feeling like a woman soon. Thank you for all the encouragement during your videos...🌷🌷🌷

I’ve been doing these classes for 18 months, there is a large variety of different classes from 20 to 30 minutes for several levels of Pilates. They have helped maintaining a newly diagnosed sk8 al condition and have certainly helped me. Thank you very much, from an English friend.

Thanks so much Jessica, exactly what I needed after a 45km cross country bike ride yesterday. I could barely get out bed today as my whole body was sore & tight. After stretching I feel absolutely fine again!! You're an absolute star!!

Great session, Jessica! I did Pilates regularly for years and added cardio and weights. But this year, I had Covid, followed by shoulder joint replacement surgery. And on Labor Day, I was rushed to the hospital from a walk-in clinic after hiking in the mountains having a possible "acute heart attack." Turned out to be atrial flutter, which I should be able to control. Unfortunately, they also found I have Lyme Disease, which is not good. I'm a 68 YO man, have my weight under control, and have kept myself pretty fit. But I have not really worked out for months. So your stretching was PERFECT! for me even though I could barely move as needed. I feel like today was my first step in getting fit again. Thanks.
