Thank you so much for such a centering and nourishing practice! I’ve taken nearly all your classes and seriously love your creativity and playful approach to sequencing and transitions, and while I’m typically in the mood for something a little more fiery, flows like this once in a while are so rejuvenating for my nervous system.
