I’ve been lifting for a while now, and finally decided to stop ignoring the fact that I need to stretch. This was my first yoga stretch.... and it was brutal. I was calling on Jesus the whole time 😂

I've been lifting heavy for 15 years and in the last few years, my strength has slowly declined, while gaining increased soreness and chronic stiffness. I finally tried yoga, and your instructions have saved me. My strength is better than ever, and I feel so loose and limber, as well as mentally refreshed every day. I feel 20 again! I've been feeling sore lately and like I always need to stretch. I found this, and I'm trying to do it about one or twice a week and it helps SSSOOO much!! Thank you so much! Your amazing!

Btw, i love your voice! It's so claming and relaxing and doesn't ruin the mood at all like some other people's voices with stuff like this

I really like how you encouraged us to “pay attention to any new sensation”. It made me more mindful of how quickly the body releases tension after just a few short stretches. I really noticed how my flexibility changed over just 20 minutes.
