Not going to lie...this is probably the most relaxed i've ever felt in a longtime. Going through different yoga girls on YT I have always loved coming to bird. She truly understands that there is no rush into going into the next move but taking that time to be with your body and breathe.

you're my favorite, bird! sometimes i do a yoga routine on youtube and end up feeling more irritated and annoyed by the end of it because of the person leading it, but i can always count on feeling more relaxed and flexible after your videos

I love this yoga exercise. It's one of the best and most simple and easy yoga videos, especially for age 50 and up. It's gentle on the spine and body overall! I highly recommend it.
