These mobility videos help me so much, thank you for that! I was neglecting mobility for a long time, until I realized that you can only become stronger if you work on your flexibility as well. I like the fact that I can follow it. Lots of Yoga videos go through the flow way to quick, and this is perfect! Thank you!

I am truly enjoying your yoga experience! The ease of transitions, the variety of the positions, and the scope of the skills. Bonjour Anna. Je suis une femme de 38 ans qui s'entraîne depuis plusieurs années. J'ai découvert vos entrainements il y a de cela 6 mois environ et j'adore vraiment vos différentes routines.

Je suis enceinte de mon 4 ème enfants et je m'entraîne encore enceinte de 24 semaines de grossesse. Je modifie certains mouvements mais je suis heureuse de pouvoir vous suivre encore! Félicitations :)
