Tim, it's so good to see you. I'm 9 weeks post-op from valve replacement/ open heart surgery and this was my first class back. I wasn't sure what I could manage with my sternum still healing and approached it very timidly but it felt great to be able to do most of it, though not deeply. Namaste.
