Blessed Beloved Beauties of Refresh Yoga Day 15! I knew this session felt familiar. We did it for the Blossom 🌸 Journey too. It was sweet to revisit. I needed this, this morning - a soft gentle stretch. Ah, now if only I were off from work. Time for a quick meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ before logging in. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤🦋

What a beautiful way to spend the morning, here in my little part of Michigan, where it is currently 17 degrees F, snowy and super cold! I transported to Adriene's beautiful park and enjoyed hearing the birds chirping! A great way to start my Sunday! Have a great day everyone!

BLOSSOM | February 20, 2022 | 🌸 Thank you! Thank you for transporting me to a beautiful, summery park with greenery and birds and buzzing bees. And thank you for allowing us the space to stretch and lengthen sore and tight muscles from yesterday's Deepen & Flow practice. I added on a little siddhasana forward fold to get into the outer hips/lower back a bit more. The perfect way to spend 20 minutes on this cold, wintery Sunday! 🙏🧘‍♀

enjoying this stretch aft my gym - jog session oh so lovely to do this flow :)
with much gratitude as i admire the duck ? goose? behind adriene ... which I didnt notice when I did this practice bfr :)
