I love how the poses don't feel rushed so it really stretches the sore muscles after 6 days of intense workout.

My favorite part was when you said "You are exactly where you need to be." I've always struggled with twist poses, and they don't seem to help me all that much, but it was helpful to me when you said that it takes time to get relax into the pose, and then I was not even close to how you looked in the pose, but you told me that it was okay. I was exactly where I needed to be for my body. Thank you for the loving energy in this video!!

2024 and still doin these. Yoga is the best and hardest for flexibility but all the muscles loosen up and you’ll feel amazing after a few days of working out. Great for recovery/rest days.

So much about this I enjoyed: 1. Not rushed giving my muscles a chance release 2: You do not over talk, conversation just enough on what to expect, and than allow the silence to work. See you tomorrow for another session.
