Welcome, thank you so much for joining my in this 20 minute vinyasa flow yoga class for flexibility. This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. I'm calling this a "sweet release" practice as I want you to really soften in the poses and enjoy the process.

If you've got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We'll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body.

No props are required so when you're ready, just meet me on your mat and let's flow together!

hi, I am a 25 year old guy who has the worst flexibility in the world. Today was day 1 but im going to do this every morning. This was my first time trying yoga, I have a long way to go when it comes to everything but I cannot express to you what this has already done for me. during the break I broke out in uncontrollable laughter followed by tears, I have not cried in a long time. Everything going on in my life went away for a moment and I wasn't even high. thank you, I'll see you again tomorrow.

Thank you for this stretch! I’m 5 months postpartum and haven’t been stretching at all. This workout felt like coming home. I teared up in the end, just so grateful for my health and the 10 mins I took to focus on myself. Happy day everyone!

I absolutely loved this sequence, especially the hip openers. Any practice that has pigeon and holds it for several breaths makes my day :).

I'm so happy I woke up early today to have time to do a 20 minute versus a 10 minute and try this one...whoa I had no idea my shoulders were so tight! But it felt so good!

I love this video. Before the pandemic, I was an aspiring yoga teacher. I gave that up, but I use your videos to guide a blind relative through practice, since group practice became mostly unhelpful for her. I've been with you for about 3 years now, and still look forward to more!
