Wake up with a bit of yoga! This 10 minute yoga class is great for all levels, no props needed.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for meeting me on the mat this morning. Our intention today is ACTIVATE. In just 10 minutes, we will stretch and strengthen from head to toe to give ourselves a boost of energy as we start our day. This class is suitable for all experience levels and doesn't require any props.

Doing just a little bit of yoga every morning is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness and get grounded before the responsibilities of the day take over. Yoga doesn't need to be overly strenuous or complex in order to be effective. If you can commit to doing just 10 minutes of yoga every morning, I guarantee you will notice a difference in your mind & body. So, unroll your mat and let's get started!

I really like the outdoor setting and find the subtle sounds of birds to be very soothing while listening and doing my practice

Kassandra, I just want to say thank you for sharing your gift of yoga teaching and practice. As a mom and teacher, these 10 minute stretches have helped me carve out some time for self care in the early mornings. They got me through the pandemic and a terrible bout with plantar fascitis last year. I appreciate you so much! Just know you are making a difference to so many who really need this practice :)

I did this practice in the bathroom of my office. I arrived early. And without anyone interrupting me. I am resuming the practice of stretching and yoga. I really liked listening to the birds singing.
