Ease into your day with this 10 minute morning yoga stretch for all experience levels.

Welcome to my channel, let's flow together! I'm going to take you through this simple yet effective 10 minute morning yoga stretch to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners. No props are required, simply meet me on the mat when you're ready.

I'll take you through poses like cobra, reclined hamstring stretches, seated neck release, child's pose and bridge. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly.

I have been doing Yoga w Kassandra for two years now, I doubt you’ll see this Kass but thank you for creating an abundance of free content that is super simple to follow. I played soccer for a majority of my life and a lot of times went thru the motions of stretching; resulting in tight hips. This channel has made me appreciate my body more, create stronger mind muscle connections, and really free up certain imbalances and tightness. From the beginner classes to the 30 day challenges, this channel has been more than just a solution but slowly turning into lifestyle.

Thank you so much for these 10 minute morning yoga practices. I have not missed a day since discovering your channel in August of last year. I love the nature videos that you post from your backyard. The chirping of the birds is so peaceful and relaxing as I move through the class. I think I even heard a bullfrog in one video!! As a quiet, but, energetic morning person these videos are the most wonderful way to start my day. Namaste.

I’ve been doing Kassandra’s videos for 4 years and I’d say I’m at least intermediate by now, yet I still get just as excited for these beginner ones when I want something gentle and guided. It also gets me to refresh what I think I know and work on my form and breathing again. Thank you my yoga queen ❤️

Hi Kassandra. Cannot get enough of these short yoga videos to help me get on my mat every morning when I don’t have time or am not feeling it. I recently have been dealing with some sciatica pain and another of your videos focusing on that was very helpful.
