Wake yourself up by doing this simple yet invigorating beginner morning yoga class!

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! This morning I'm offering you a beginner friendly 10 minute morning yoga class to stretch your body and set the tone for the day ahead.

This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners. No props are required and we will be doing seated and reclined yoga poses. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly. This is a well rounded and simple sequence that can be practiced every morning to promote flexibility.

35 year old Army Veteran here. Your content is low key life changing. I appreciate how thoughtful and assuring you are in these videos. The reminders to keep the slow deep breathing, the points of focus for each stretch, guiding us through aknowledging what type a day we want to have. The word that comes to me most in those moments is mindfullness. Its such a blessing to be able to walk away from following these videos with a relaxed and refreshed body and a reminder to be intenionally good to myself and others through out the rest of the day.

I have struggled my entire life with my body image. I am very obese and I never stretch. I think this is the first time I've done any kind of yoga. You are amazing. You don't make me feel bad about myself or like I have to push myself too much. I am a super emotional person and totally not tearing up rn. Today is a me day and I'm cultivating a playlist for my new morning routine. Congrats! You are part of said playlist.

I so appreciate that you keep us in check with all body parts when we are doing yoga and we don't have to watch the monitor or our phones we can simply listen to you and keep our bodies where they need to be to do the yoga poses correctly. I love that!

Morning! I enjoy your morning quick stretching yoga, I'm 70 and have been following you for a few years. I really enjoy that you know what to remind me to do, shoulders away from ears, relax your head and jaw etc you make the sessions very enjoyable!! Happy New Year!

I've tried lots of 10 min morning yoga videos lately but I've found that yours are one of the best. I love the fact that you mention what we should do with different body parts because sometimes not pressing your hip down or not pushing your shoulders away makes a big difference!
