53 years old. Just did my very first yoga session here. Lots of pain. My teenage daughter and wife took great delight in my groans and moans. I feel very good, and I like the way you have described everything. I have committed to doing yoga every morning this week as a way of becoming more healthy.

My dad told me last night that he has cancer in all of his lymphnodes. He told me that all he can do to beat it is; stay strong. So my word today was strength. When we circled back to the word and I realized how strong I need to be, I cried in happiness. I can do it. Thanks for your videos Adriene!

Not going to lie, that felt like it almost killed me hahaha had to pause in the middle for a breather, whole body hurt lol. But I got back up and finished it!! Woo!! I’m severely out of shape and am really proud of myself for starting to get back into it!!

This is the first time I have ever tried yoga. My wife just had surgery. She's in bed recovering. I'm in the living room. Bored out of my mind. So I'm giving it a go. Thank you for putting out this video. It's actually harder than I thought

I have a very physically demanding job and two little ones at home. I started doing yoga with your videos almost 6 months ago because I just felt physically beaten down. Your quick morning and evening videos have helped me feel so much better! The videos for manual labor, neck and shoulders, and hand/wrist care are also awesome! Thank you for everything! I'm looking forward to doing this video tomorrow morning before work!

My word was "safe, " meaning I wouldn't do anything that hurts. I substituted crosslegged for kneeling, tried extended child's pose but kept both feet on the ground for downward dog. It worked well--I feel energized and my knees feel okay. Thank you, Adriene & new yoga friends.

Exhale day 15 - isn't it crazy how through consistent yoga practice I feel better? I feel better about my body, I feel like I can take up space and speak also? For a 10 minute practice I felt this on my arms, but I really enjoyed it! Thanks! <3

I’ve been in a funk for a while now and doing any amount of yoga in the morning has felt daunting. But today, I was able to go on a walk and then find a quick and easy video to refresh me for the day. Thank you for all that you do to make us feel better, stronger, and more at peace!!

Let's BEGIN together everyone! Looking at this calendar for August, I am so appreciative to see a number of shorter sequences. It has been so hot and humid and the rain adds to it. I followed meditation with this and now feel wide awake, which I needed given it is already late afternoon here. Enjoy!
