In this 10-minute morning yoga flow, we'll stretch out and release our hips and our lower spine to get them ready for a great day ahead. If you wake up with a stiff lower back, tight hips, or pain in either of these areas, this class is a wonderful way to start your day out right so you can move and feel better.
