Wake up your hips and lower back with this 10-minute morning yoga class that is great for all levels, including beginners!

In this 10-minute morning yoga flow, we'll stretch out and release our hips and our lower spine to get them ready for a great day ahead. If you wake up with a stiff lower back, tight hips, or pain in either of these areas, this class is a wonderful way to start your day out right so you can move and feel better.

I walked too long, too wrong😂 today. I realized how my low back and hip were in pain afterwards, and tah-dah, there you were. Thank you for the great stretch.
