Welcome to day 10 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute morning yoga class will help you to stretch your upper back, neck, and shoulders this morning. I'll walk you through poses like thread the needle, rabbit, and downward dog with a twist. If you have tension, pain or tightness in your upper body, this class should help.

I’m a 47 yr old male who has been stressed for 25+ yrs. I’m just amazed how much of a difference this had made in my life and I’m on day 10!! I discovered stretching a few months ago but this 30 day challenge has “grounded” me throughout the day.

#goodmorning I cried at the end of this one, I felt like my body was releasing toxins and my mind became free. This affirmation was a much needed one for me, along with the stretches. Thank you for doing this its helping me grow <3
