This morning I was wobbly and uncoordinated, but I did it!❤ I’m struggling with feeling blue this month but knowing I’m getting out of bed and going to my yoga mat really helped me get out of bed. I’m so grateful for that support. It’s okay to not be okay ❤

I'm on day 5 but every day in going back & doing this one after. It's so relaxing. I was on the verge out a panic attack when I started today & my anxiety has calmed quite a bit. Starting yoga has been a life saver for my chronic anxiety, thank you for the lessons!!
