Start your day with 10 minutes of morning yoga for flexibility and energy,

Let's begin our day with some juicy yoga stretches for energy! This is a lovely sequence you can do every morning to relieve aches and pains from sleep. No props are required and this is suitable for all experience levels. We'll go through poses like reclined pigeon, ab twists, downward dog, wide legged forward fold and child's pose.

Doing just a little bit of yoga every morning can have wonderful benefits on your physical, mental and emotional health. Get in tune with your body and breathe deeply as you move and stretch with me. I promise, you'll feel better once the 10 minutes are up!

When i realized yoga is useful then i searched exercises, stretches to them 😊then find kasandras channel and it was very very amazing 😍🤩🤩🤩🤩❤❤i always enjoy from that ❤❤❤❤

For me, I needed more breathing and energetic moves, less stretching as my lower back is now grouchy. I still thank you for the reminder of what I need to do for my body.

I didn't use to like yoga, it felt hard and boring. After I found Yoga with Kassandra I realized how amazing yoga can be and that it is so important to have a good instructor. Today is my fifth day of symptoms from COVID, been staying in bed for most of those days. I'm progressing well thorough the sickness (each day my fever is lower than it was the day before). Just did this to start my day today.
