Hey Tim,
I’m a 22 year old been dealing with lingering back pain from a surfing injury a while back. Basically beat my body up for 10 years no stretching or anything. I try to watch your vids everyday before and after sitting all day at work. Your vids combined with PT have saved me. 3 years of what I thought would be lifetime chronic back pain has all but gone away over the last year. Thanks for the teaching. I always struggled to fit yoga in but 30 minutes of the day with you is now my favorite part of the day. From one surfer to another thanks man you saved me!
