A 10 minute hands free morning yoga stretch to help energize you for the day ahead!

Hey yogis, I'm happy to bring you another morning rise & shine yoga flow to help you stretch out tired and achy muscles and prepare for the day ahead! The great thing about this practice is that it won't put any pressure on your hands or writs. If you're working with injuries or just want to give your upper body some rest, this is a great 10 minute morning yoga practice. No table tops, no downward dogs and no plank poses.

This is a wonderful sequence to help you increase flexibility and stretch your body from head to toe.

No props required! This is a beginner-friendly 10 minute morning yoga class.

My word is "boundaries" - setting a boundary around myself as I move throughout the day - not letting anything penetrate these feelings of zen, stillness, contentment, and certainty that I cultivated this morning on the mat :) Thanks Kassandra! We often forget this when we thrive and flourish but in this trying times and in house quarantines we should remember that their is a God and he will not let us down. I just saw your videos 2 days ago and I have tried this since. I have never done Yoga and as I am a beginner, this is perfect for me. Love to you from the Philippines, Kassandra!

thanks for the stretch today kassandra! doing this because I got vaccinated yesterday and my arm hurts but I still wanted to exercise 😂 my word today is productive, because I've been really lazy lately and im trying to fix that. have a good day, whoever's reading this :)

My word is "worthy". After going through a period of anxiety and depression, I questioned my worth and I always put everyone and everything's needs above my own. Now that I am healing, I realize again that I am worth taking care of.

Kassandra, you are my absolute favorite yoga teacher online! Could you please please please do another of these "no hands" 10 minute morning sequences? I have injured my hand and I NEED my morning stretch with you but I have already done this one 3 times and your longer no hands video a few times as well. They are both fantastic, but I am getting a bit bored 😂. You would be such a lifesaver. Stay well and safe!

Thank you! I hurt my wrist in a bike accident and had trouble laying out my mat. Finally, after a week, I was happy to go back to yoga with your video! My word was "healthy".

My word is Healthy. Due to the current pandemic going on & the overwhelming anxiety/sadness that's grown in me, I've reverted to binging (something I haven't done in awhile) to cope. Binging on food of course has only layered on more negative feelings. I've only exercised once since the quarantine & could barely keep up with that workout which made me intimidated to try another one. Thank you so much for offering a short, but effective, session that did not deter me because it was just 10 minutes. I'm already feeling a lot better & plan on doing another one of your videos right now. I've tried yoga out before, but it has been really hard on my wrists (have a past injury), so I appreciate you providing an alternative. You are very thorough with your explanations & have such a relaxing voice which is perfect to gently start out my day. Keep doing what you're doing because you're helping a lot of people. Namaste 🙏
