Let's work up a sweat and have a good time today! Stick around through the end of the workout to catch the message of what you just did :)

In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and we will only do each exercise one time before moving on to the next! The cardio exercises can be done on the ground for a low impact modification if you need that but try to push yourself however you perform these exercises. Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this bodyweight cardio workout!

The Exercises:
1. Jumping jacks with a twist
2. Side to side hop
3. Plank Hip taps
4. Left Side plank
5. Right side plank
6. 3 knee drives and kick on 3rd
7. Hip twist bounce x 2 and twist
8. Inchworm Drop down
9. Mountain Climbers
10. Jackknives
11. 6 inch flutter
12. One leg at a time heel to glute then lift
13. Lateral Slide and slam
14. Cross body punch and slide
15. Jab cross x 2 and switch
16. Sit ups
17. Narrow Sit up and March
18. Elevated Bicycles
19. V Arms knee to opposite elbow
20. Eccentric squat jumps
21. Reverse Lunge and Knee Driver
22. Glute bridge and 10 heel taps
23. In between Towel Pass in sit up
24. Vertical Rope Pull
25. Elevated Heel Walk
26. Upward Punch Jacks
27. Push up, Drop Down Burpee

Never ever give up. I have a tank top that has this motto. It got me through nursing school at the age of 46. Now 10 years later I Am a nurse practitioner. The motor works. 💪💜😊👍. . Keep in the game.

If I could give this workout two thumbs up I would. I have been struggling with my motivation lately because I m in one of those plateau phases where the only thing that happens when I try to go up in weight is muscle strain. A pep talk from my bestie, Lisa, and Syd plus a good heart pump seems to have done the trick.
