This workout is tough, but it's the best! Do it constantly and you'll feel fantastic. I'm 67 and I do it. If I can, you can too.

My 6 year old came in to the living room mid-session and asked why the ladies were so small. She thought they had been shrunk and were standing in front of a white door. Lol. Now I can't stop seeing it. Great workouts btw! Makes me excited to exercise. Thank you

Videos are great. I recommend maybe at the beggining of the video, right before beginning the exercises, putting a preview of each exercise that will be done so people can have an idea of what's to come.

I’m 69 years old . Since my twenties, I’ve done aerobics, running, trampoline and biking . The most important workout is weight lifting . What you do in your twenties, thirties, forties and fifties pays off when you are in your Sixties. I lift heavy in the gym and I’m as strong as I was in my twenties. Working out with instructors such as this girl insures doing everything correctly . Hiring a weight trainer teaches correct posture and technique. Workout instructors are the best people to surround yourself with .

1st off, great workout! Second off, the reason I chose to try this workout channel for the 1st time is because there is a woman of color leading the group. I love it! Representation matters! Thanks for the tough workout during quarantine! I'm on Day 3 and looking forward to continuing.
